Does anyone know why this may happen? I have a cold right now and I just want nothing more than sugar. Wish I knew why?

    When you're sick there is a hinovirus that effects the cells in the upper respiratory tract causing them to eat all the sugar particles in your body in order to fight infection. This causes your body to crave sweets to replace the sugar that has been eaten by the cells.
