Hey everyone,
What is the easiest way to track calories and whatnot from doing Insanity workouts?? They aren't listed in here, but it's a portion of my weekly workouts.
Help!
Thanks so much!!

Buy a heart rate monitor, track it yourself. Enter it into MFP so you get the calories burned that your HRM says.0

Circuit Training, general? Or invest in a heart rate monitor if you can. I can't live without mine!0

Guess I'll finally have to cave and buy a monitor....thanks guys0

It's worth it. Trust me. I'd go for a Polar.0

I used my HRM on each DVD once to see about what I burned and then just used Circuit general and adjusted the minutes until I got to the right calories burned. . If you don't have an HRM you can google average calories burned during Insanity. It's ballpark but better than nothing.
just noticed you are from upland CA - I live in GA now but lived out there for 5 years, husband was born in Upland!0 -
Awesome! And thanks for the great ideas0

The Heart Rate monitor method will work also.0
