Complete diet change

I went to the doctor and had a food allergy test done. The following foods are foods that I am allergic to and must eliminate from my diet. If I eat foods that I am allergic to, cortisol in the body directly leads to increased belly fat.
bay leaf
blueberry coffee black pepper baker's yeast
bran crab rye brewer's yeast
carrot gluten scallop yogurt
cheddar cheese lemon spinach
cottage cheese malt squash
swiss cheese cow's milk strawberry
clam mustard black tea
cocoa oregano wheat

I am feeling quite discouraged because a lot of these things I eat daily (yogurt, spinach, black pepper, tea). Any suggestions?

    Look into the Paleo diet.

    Sorry for your diagnoses. I agree with the poster above. Primal/paleo eating seems like it will fit in well with your new discoveries. There's still a lot you can eat!
