Hi all! I'm 37 years old and from the Quad Cities, IA/IL area. I just started dieting for real this week and am off to a great start! It's been quite an adjustment and I have a long way to go (over 100 pounds) I'm looking for others out there who want to do it for real this time. Friend me if you want to work together sticking with our new lifestyle change.
