Here is a glimpse of what the past two years have been like for me. Just 6 more pounds to my goal... but I got into my size 6 jeans and it's an amazing feeling. I don't want to take them off!!!

    I think the most effective thing I have done is change the quality of foods i'm eating, not the quantity. I eat very clean and whenever I get hungry. Also instead of killing myself with hours of cardio, I switched to mainly resistance training and it's amazing how it's changed my body. I eat my extra exercise calories if I'm hungry. I love logging my food and keeping tabs on all of it, but I don't pay much attention to how many calories I've had at a particular time. If it's natural, clean (loooks on my plate the way it's grown), then I eat as much of it until i'm satisfied. Totally new way of thinking and gave me such clarity as far as what I should allow into my body.
