Walking with Stroller

Anyone know how to figure out how many calories I'm burning walking pushing my one year old in a stroller? I've been walking 5 km (3miles) 4 times a week and when I take my daughter I know I have to work much harder walking up the hills. Any thoughts?

Hmmmmmm....what if you used a calorie burn calculator but increased your weight by how much your daughter weighs? I'm really not sure if that would be an accurate calculation but I know if you weigh more you burn more calories. I don't think that takes the resistance into consideration, though...
Obviously, I'm TONS of help. lol0 -
I know it burns more, but I usually just enter it in regular. It offsets the errors in measurements.
You could use a heart rate monitor, I suppose. Or increase your speed (when you enter it in) by .5mph maybe0 -
it burns more, but I just go with whatever a normal run/walk is and you just get in an extra good workout.0

Use the mowing the lawn and deduct about 20 percent.0
