I keep going over my sugar for the day? Is this bad weight loss wise?

If you're insulin resistant at all it will make you very hungry. It also means you're not using your calories for something more nutritious.0

Depends on a lot of variants, but a little wouldn't hurt. Definitely don't go over your limit. Personally, I avoid sugar like the plague!!0

Sugar is just a carb. As long as all your calories aren't coming from empty sources (ie. Candy/soda/etc.) then I don't see why you should even monitor sugar intake.
As long as you stay under your maintenance calories you will lose weight.0 -

^^ I agree!! I try to focus on my just my calorie goal..which is 1200..I always look to see if I go over on anything tho. But, I don't sweat it. As long as I'm eating pretty clean, and not WAY over, Then its all good in da hood! =D Good luck..0 -
