After being gone and really falling off the wagon, I'm back!

I am looking for support and maybe some accountability -- I know people really are helpfull around here.

I have been struggling with balancing shift work, long distance relationships and trying to actually have a little fun with friends as well, and its been hard to keep on track.

What I've found most difficult is the eating right and how to stay full while working long days at work. And also finding something to keep me entertained exercise wise.

I am fairly "active" as I do bike lots, play hockey in the winter, and volleyball in the summer. But I am still the chubby girl doing all of that, and would love to get myself all toned up!!
