Recommend a DVD for me!

Hi everyone, apologies if this topic has been posted to death already.
I've decided that I'd like to try a work-out dvd to help me get in more exercise during the week. I need something that doesn't require much extra equipment (dumbbells or such) and doesn't take up much room (my space is really limited, unfortunately). I really just want to help aid my weight-loss and get my heart pumping for good health. Can anyone suggest what would be a good DVD for me?

I love the Zumba DVD's and 30 Day Shred!0

I like 30 day shred. It uses little weights but I just use two cans of tomatoes and you don't really need too much space. There is a lot of jumping about so it can be hard on your joints if you have any existing problems. I think it's hard enough to get results.0

Thanks, I thought about Jillian Michaels but was also wondering what else might be good that I haven't heard of, too0

I have heard good things about Davina McCall ultimate target exercise DVD from friends not tried it myself though.0

I hate exercise videos, I can never stick to them, but I love Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. I have two left feet and don't have a problem keeping up with her. Lol Maybe go to your local library and try some different exercise videos and see what you like, then you could go and buy them. This is what I usually do. Good luck!0
