Needing supportive friendships

Hi,

I've been following my progress on here since Sept 4 th. I have maintained commitment for 10 days & could really use some encouragement & support! I didn't want to introduce myself until I was sure I really wanted to do this. Well, here I am.

    Amazing progress! I've leveled off at 201 - 202. Kinda frustrating, but I keep telling myself it's NOT 211! :)

    I'm down 20 pounds already. OK, I admit, partly because if I want a snack, I know I'll have to log it in. Sometimes, it's not worth the effort. Good luck with your goal!
