Is eating 20% below your tdee a healthy deficit for weight loss? I've read this before but don't completely understand what people mean by this.

Yes it is. Sometimes MFP puts you on too low a calorie deficit, so it's better to go by TDEE instead. I can't post links as I'm on my phone but have a search for In Place of a Road Map, there's a thread and a group. You'll get all the help you'll need from there.0

Not sure if this a response on how to get to the Message Boards from the phone app.. While it is a great post I don't see where it tells me how to get to the message boards from the phone app, which was my original question to evanesco, I just forgot to quote her.
