Hello! Anyone doing leangains?

Hello I am new to the community and excited about this incredible app. Has anyone out there been using it for the leangains diet? I had to make two profiles to account for different macronutrient goals on workout and rest days. Anyone else have this issue? I would love to be able to track it all in one place

    Done leangains before and its not the easiest thing in the world to do if you have a busy schedule but i like the idea of it.

    Hi,

    Am also just starting leangains and am having exactly the same problem finding a way to track macros for different days in the same place. Did you ever find a better solution than opening two accounts?

    I have been doing leangains for the past 12 weeks and have had a lot of success with it. I ran into the same problem with not being able to have the same goals on MFP for t-days as r-days, but I found as long as I knew my macros for each day MFP would keep a running tally for me. I haven't been the best about using MFP to track all of my food (I generally use a journal), but I do use it to calculate macro values for various foods. Best of luck on leangains!

    I'm just easing into it starting tonight. I have a feeling that the best solution will be the same- 2 accounts. Will be easy once foods are stored into your daily plan.
