Pauses between workouts

Hello there amazing MFPs ,
So basically i don't get enough time a day for long workouts , i got two questions concerning this issue :
1- if i workout about half an hour for example at 3 pm and then stop and workout again for half an hour at 9 pm , does the amount of calories burned differ ? Or will it be the same for the overall 60 mins ?
2- sometimes during workouts I feel so dizzy that i can't stand any longer , so i decide to take a short pause like after 15 mins of workout i start getting dizzy so i pause for about 5 mins and so on . A- is this unhealthy and will it actually cause further dizziness ?
B- does this also affect the calories burned by reducing them ?
Sorry for taking too long

There was another post here saying they lost around 3 pounds in a week dividing their workout... meaning 45 minutes as soon as they woke up... and later in the evening a lil more cardio... So that should be fine...and as for the dizziness lack of food maybe?... try having a banana before you workout (If empty stomach is the problem)...and try starting at a lower intensity working your way up! Do what feels good for you and eventually you'll be able to do better...
