I used to take a shake for my breakfast made of greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and a handful of frozen blue berries.

If it was too thick, I would add a little milk- but usually the frozen blueberries would thaw a little OTW to work and it would be just right when I got there.

My breakfast consists of the green monster smoothie:
greek yogurt (honey and strawberry are my favorites)
1/2 tray of ice cubes (to get some volume and because i'm terrible at drinking enough water)
1/4-1/2 cup of Silk unsweetened almond milk
    1 sm banana
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries/strawberries/raspberries/peaches (whatever ones i'm feeling that morning)
1 cup of loose pack baby spinach (weird greenish color but the flavor is masked)

Sometimes i switch it up and toss in dark chocolate almond milk and a tbs of peanut butter.

These smoothies do have a lot of sugar, but they keep me full from 8-12 so i'm sticking with them. Enjoy!
