What're some foods that have good amounts of iron? I've been lacking it lately

I looked it up cause I have no clue LOL! Here's a list form a few sites!
Red meat
Egg yolks
Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards)
Dried fruit (prunes, raisins)
Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels)
Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops)
Turkey or chicken giblets
Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans
Liver
Artichokes
•Spinach
•Beet greens
•Dandelion greens
•Sweet potatoes
•Peas
•Broccoli
•String beans
•Collards
•Kale
•Chard
•Prunes
•Watermelon
•Dried apricots
•Dried peaches
•Strawberries
•Prune juice

I eat very stratigically for nutrition purposes but iron is sometimes tricky to reach. I recommend a multi vitamin, I take centrum women under 50. It's important to add supplements/vitamins to ensure your body gets what it needs.0

He's got it!!! I used to have this problem. They always want my blood for babies (I have 0-) and your iron has to be high enough so I always make sure I get some of these foods, especially the dark leafy greens because so many benefits.0 -
I take an iron supplement to help battle my current anemia/iron deficiency. I also try to incorporate many of the foods butterfly listed.
Seaweed is also a great source of iron. I munch on roasted seaweed as a snack.0 -
You may want to eat foods with Vitamin C with your iron-rich foods. I find it helps my body absorb the iron.0

I would try to get all the nutrients you need in your diet. There are so many micronutrients, phytonutrients and unknowns.
There is a new study saying people who take multy vitamins live shorter lives and they are not sure why...
