Doing Atkins and how to set mfp for it?

Anyone doing Atkins or LC and figure out how to set your MFP
in order to have it have your calories higher and carb count lower?

    Yeah you can do the nutrition plan manually and adjust the percentages as needed!

    Right, you go in and do "custom" settings.
    click on goals>change goals>custom.
    Then DON'T add your exercise, because it will "reward you" with more calories and carbs.
    Or, just ignore the "reward" if you want to add your exercise (this is what I do, not for atkins, just in general).
