Looking for new friends who have alot of knowledge on muscle gain/ fat loss supplements and general bro-science, add me so I can annoy you with many many questions, I'm currently 5'10, 178lbs was 196lbs and looking for some advice about gaining some lean mucsle.

Well I wanna lose some fat and bulk up on my muscle and it seems everyone I ask says to have some sort of shake but I have no idea which ones I would need, so any kinda advice would be awesome.0

You don't NEED any kind of shake.
You need to sort your diet out, based on your food diary you average about 1000-1200 calories per day, you certainly wont be gaining any lean muscle on that kind of intake no matter which supplement you buy.
Chicken
Beef
Turkey
fish
Eggs
Rice
Sweet potato
veg
nuts
dairy
fruits

Totally agree whole foods are much better in the long run. I do a shake only when I am running errands after I workout and It is critical to replace nutrients into your body right after working out0
