As of this morning I am in the overweight range instead of obese and 54% of the way to my goal:)

still have to learn how to add pics properly!

    I've a bmi of 30, didn't realise I weighed so much, exercising as much as I can, do not want to be OBESE!

    @LMTx: Thank you, I couldn't work out how to resize the photos so took them down! It's from a photoshoot we did with our two Great Danes

    @fatlorna: You definitely can do this! It's taken me longer than I would've liked to have gotten here, but slow and steady wins the race I suppose :)

    Congratulations, that's a goal of mine that's still pretty far in the future, unfortunately, and it's a big deal. It must be a relief to know you're heading in a direction away from all the health problems obesity causes.

    Each milestone is a nice feeling. The change from overweight to normal was pleasing for me, and now heading towards the middle of the BMI for my height. It feels good when you go below certain big numbers too!
