    Yes!! Today I woke up and discovered I am overweight!! Yes, no longer obese, *just* overweight!

      Congratulations! I remember being so happy to find I was overweight. I bet not many skinny people ever get to say that!

      Now I'm looking forward to the day I'm 'healthy'. That's definitely going to be a red letter day.

      Brilliant, can't wait to get down there, too. I am about 10 lbs away still! But rejoice in feeling so much better in yourself, and celebrate with some new clothes, look in the mirror with pride! And vow never to let the pounds creep back up again to take you back up there!

      Hurray! I reached that same milestone a week or so ago, and it is a great feeling. Along with feeling happy, I also found that my blood tests suddenly came back either much improved, or in the normal range. So I'm healthier too. Still many pounds to lose, but celebrating success along the way is lots of fun! Congratulations!
