I've been using a pedometer to calculate calories burned during cardio and apparently yesterday i burned 104 and today 67 doing Insanity. Granted i wasn't keeping up all the time but is that too little/inaccurate? I'm 5'1 and 97 pounds. Should i invest in a HRM or is the pedometer ok?

A pedometer counts how many steps you take, that is all. It is meant for walking. I wouldn't even consider it accurate for running, let alone something like Insanity. An HRM will be worth your while.0
