Over 60 pounds down and counting...

I started out at around 277 pounds.
In 9 months, I've dropped 63.8 pounds and I'm feeling fantastic - so many more clothing options (no longer in "plus sizes") and have a thousand times more energy.
Still want to lose another 48 and then will reassess where I'm at. I'm 5'8.5.
Befores
At around my highest weight.
10 pounds down.
15 pounds down.
This weekend at 213 pounds.
Diet wise, I eat around 1750 to 2000 calores each day and try to focus on whole healthy foods. I also exercise 5 times per week, usually HIIT or circuits with some strength training thrown in) and try to stay active by walking plenty every day.

Wow! Awesome work!! How long did it take you? I have similar stats and am curious at what time line i'm looking at. I'm hoping it will take about a year! I too am focusing on whole foods but my recommended caloric intake is around 1300.
Anyways, congrats!0 -

Thanks. It's taken 9 months so far and I would like to lose the remaining weight within the next 6-8 months. My original goal was to lose the weight I had to lose within 18 months and I'm on track for that.
I eat around 1750 minimum because that's my BMR and I tend to not lose weight when I eat below that. Just my personal experience. The only thing I focus on is trying to eat as clean as I can. I find I lose more weight from exercise rather than diet restriction but that's just my experience.
