Thought I would go ahead and post my progress photos. I was pretty excited to finally hit the 45 pound mark because I had been stuck on a plateau for the last several months. Last year I started losing weight right before I signed up for a boot camp style exercise class. These before pics don't even show me at my largest. I'm not sure I even have any photos of myself at that size because I was careful to avoid having my picture taken.
Initially I lost weight by cutting a larger portion of processed carbs and sugars from my diet, and then from attending boot camp three days a week. After I hit my plateau I joined MFP to start counting calories and to get a little more strict. That managed to get me over the hump and I am finally losing again.
I love to cook (I'm also a vegetarian) and I've actually started a number of threads showing the sort of things I eat, for anyone interested in that (hopefully I'll get a food blog up and running soon):

I still have a ways to go, but this is where I'm at now
Wearing my old clothes (same shirt as in the first pic, but I had gotten rid of the jeans)
And a facial comparison

Thanks, everyone! My cat does have a thing for hanging around during my progress photos. I tend to take pics every month (or three) and she's always been in at least half of the pics from each set.
