    Wow, you look amazing! Your weights are about the same as my current and goal, so thank you for sharing what you did :) Like another poster said, it was definitely motivation. I have been ~150 for a long time, but was up to 165 before I started MFP. Lost the 15, so back to my 150. Thanks for the inspiration!!

    Thanks for sharing, its motivating. I also road run and lift weights but would like to get more serious or should I say more consistent with the weight training. Your pictures help me realise it is possible to get some muscle definition. Keep up the good work, you look great!!
