I can't seem to increase this :0/ I only eat white meat... Any ideas ??

For vitamin A you should eat yellow or orange fruits and vegetables. For example pumpkin, carots. Dark green vegetables (broccoli, spinach) are also great.
Lots of iron can be found in dried apricots!
I'm vegan, so I don't eat milk/cheese/eggs or meat and I have no trouble at all meeting my requirements there!0 -
Go to Google and type in "iron rich foods" - then do the same for Vitamin A. You'll get longs list of foods you might enjoy.0

last resort, supplement... my doctor has me taking an iron supplement daily and whenever I go to donate blood it drives the red cross nuts cause I'm actually too high for their donation limits lol0
