NSV- Pants fell off!

My usual workout pants were in the washer this morning, so I had to wear a pair that I hadn't tried on since May for my workout this morning. I was about 5 minutes into my TurboFire workout when I felt them slipping. Before I could get to the end of the first routine, they had fallen completely off! I had to stop and go change (and have a good laugh about it. Thank God I wasn't at a Zumba class or something!)

    Hey! I know what that feels like. I was cooking at the stove and mine fell off too (about 2 months ago)! I knew they were getting loose, but to fall down???

    haha I had such a similar moment. Apparently my body was working faster and my mind was having a hard time catching up to it. I got up one morning and pulled on my 'spandex' (that I use to be busting out of) and ran off for the day. I finally got home and I was flopped back in a bed and I looked down and saw this:

    My 'spandex' aren't so spandex-e anymore.
