:blushing: I need advice...PLEASE!!
I have a "Kangaroo Pouch"..You know the annoying bulge below your belly button & before your..well you know
I have lost 33 pounds so far and still have it. Granted it's not as big as it was 33 pounds ago, for which I am very grateful, but I need some tips on how to banish that bulge!!!!
Your advice is very much appreciated! :flowerforyou:

It's just an area your body likes to hold fat. Keep doing what you are doing, and as you lose fat the pouch will continue to shrink. That's all you can do! Lower body fat %, keep at it!0

I was told that comes from having a uterus.... I want answers too.0

All I know is just exercising. I'd love to know how to get rid of this bad boy.0

I lost 54 pounds (sadly have only kept 48-49 off) and still had the pouch. I also heard that it's a "woman thing" that you just have to learn to live with. At this point I'll happily live with it as small as it is now:)0

I've been working on mine for a very long time and finally got rid of it or at least as much as I can. It took a lot of work and naturally it was the last thing to go. Stick with it with working out, lots of cardio and a very clean diet. I just hate how if I eat anything "naughty" it tries to come right back.0
