hi.. just started here.. and im a call center agent.. doesnt have alot time to do exercises,, what would u recommend??

As a call center agent you probably sit in a chair a lot. That is not good so you'll have to spend some time breaking up those hips and IT band.
You should be doing:
Squats
Deadlifts
Bench
Press
Cleans
Dips
Pull ups
Push ups
Rows
