yes....i just conquered 1 mini goal and my new 1 is to be under 200lbs by march 9th!! so i need to lose at least 16lbs by then......i know i can do this!!!0

I introduced a challenge at the beginning of the year were you need to workout everyday, whatever the intensity or the amount of time. What is important is that you move every day. It has made a huge difference for me. We could start one for February if you want. So far, I did a workout on the 1st and the 2nd. I will now go start my workout of the day.
It is also important that you listen to your body and that you stretch it when you are finished. Stretching your muscles will help them recuperate as much as possible.

Well, i have only just started exercising in the gym (since Early Jan) and have got to the point where my body is used to the exercise, and i am not getting the same feeling after a workout!
So, i am starting our plan tomorrow and am having a personal training session with a personal trainer!!
I have also bought the Jillian 30 day shred from eBay, so i can do that on weeekends when i cant make it to the gym!
I am also not eating ANY unhealthy food at all..!!

I work out doing dance fitness for about 10 hours a week. Tomorrow I'm starting a short interval training regimen on the treadmill and doing some weights. I think my eating will remain the same...maybe a bit more protein/less carbs cuz of extra weight training stuff...0

im not sure but maybe change your exercises/routine. maybe ur body's used to what ur doing.

I'll join you. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by March 1st. I was down 13 pounds at xmas.. but alas the food got to me and it all came back. Daily exercise and a nice winter will have me working the garden sooner than later so it should help me stay motivated.
