I know cooking my own meals would be much healthier and cheaper in the long run, but I am so bad at it! I'm also on a really tight budget. Do ya'll have any cheap and easy ideas that I could try? The fewer the ingredients the better

Chicken Fajita's low fat and good for you. Take strips of chicken you can buy it in the store or cut your own off of a breast of chicken. Place a tablespoon of oil (I use olive oil better for you) brown the chicken and cook about 4 minutes till no longer pink. Stir in 1 cup salsa chunckier the better, 2 TBSP of Lime juice, 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce. Add 1 green bell pepper sliced into strips, 1 onion sliced cook stiring occasionally for about 3 to 4 min put in a warm tortilla roll up and serve. Yummy! You can also make some brown rice uncle ben's makes those one serving cups.0

Darlin!! It is called the George Forman Grill. If my boyfriend can cook on it, anybody can. That man cannot boil water.
I have 2 of them. One I use for my meat and the other I use for my veggies. When you are finished cooking on it, let it cool down, and take a damp rag and wipe it down. You treat it just like cast iron. It will season that way, and the more you use it the better your food will taste.
As far as seasoning is concerned, I use a season all. You cannot go wrong. You get all your veggies in and your healthy meat.0 -
In a slow cooker put 4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts, mix a can of cheese soup and 1.5 cups salsa an pour over chicken. Cook 8 hrs on low shred chicken with a couple of forks and mix into sauce. Goes great on rice or in a wrap either tortilla or lettuce. Makes about 8 servings at around 145 cals per serving.0
