Running at 9.5 minute pace

Why isn't their an option when logging my runs for a 9.5 minute pace in the default exercises. How can I create it?

I am also so annoyed by this!! That's what I run my recovery runs at, so I would use it a lot. I just put in half my time @ 10 min pace and half my time @ 9 min pace.

the MFP calories are about the same whether you run 6:30 miles or 11:00 miles

I usually will go to wolframalpha.com and have it calculate my pace for running. You enter your weight, distance run and the time and it gives an approximation of the calories. Then I just enter that number into mfp. Hope this helps!
