Okay, so here's my problem. I kinda had a really horrible week (Family problems) and I completely let go of my diet. I ate out, didn't work out, and drank this weekend. I also cut my water drinking down to a BARE minimal... which isn't like me. I usually drink more than 8 glasses a day. Anyways after this horrible week I am determined to get back to my diet and work outs but decided to weight myself and check out the damage... to my surprise I gained NINE POUNDS. I am depressed. Is it possible to gain 9 pounds in four days? Am I missing something?

Probably just water weight. Unless you really ate 31,500 calories OVER your TDEE. Drink tons of water and check back in a week (don't weigh at night after you eat, weigh first thing in the morning).0

Also, sorry to hear about your bad week. I hope it gets better.0

Do you weigh yourself at the same time every day? I know my weight can change as much as four pounds just from when I wake up to when I go to bed. You probably did gain a few pounds but not nine.
And you should be able to lose it pretty quickly.

I am totally in the same boat with the family issues. I got so stressed that what started out as a good week, quickly went downhill0
