Looking for more friends/Introducing myself

Hi my name is Vanessa McInnis, I am 23 years old. I have become better at logging in everyday and keeping track of my food. I believe it's because of the friends I add on here. Nobody I hang around with uses this everyday like I do. When I first started this I had no friends on here and I found I didn't keep up with it. Now that I am adding more people randomly and see what they do for exercises and what they eat it helps me out. When I see you exercise it makes me want to exercise! My new years resolution was to lose the 16 pounds that I gained. I only have 4 more pounds to go. I have the motivation and habit to exercise...I find nutrition is the hardest part. Anyone looking for someone positive and logs on everyday please add me ! I'm always looking for new friends.

Hi Vanessa! I am consistent with exercising and generally complete my diary....some days I opt to not calorie count for a meal or for the entire day but I generally do still log on those days to see what others are doing. You sound like you would be a great add to my friend list.0

Hey there, I am Monica a 29 year old mother of one awesome little boy. My son is 5 years old and I am trying to lead a healthy life so that I can be a good example for him. I only have about 10lbs to lose, but my main goal is to tone up and get into the best shape of my life. I want to be healthy so that I can live a long healthy life for my family and to help be a good example for as many people as I can.0
