Starting Fresh

Tomorrow, I am starting fresh on my program. I plan on losing about 17 lbs Would love to make new friends and share our successes! You are welcome to friend me! I love exercise. I do karate, zumba and weight training. I am doing a quick start on the Beach Body program which 2 days and then going to start the 17 day diet. I will check in to let everyone know my results. I plan on losing 5 lbs in the first week. Yes, I think it's possible.
