I am a 36/F starting my weight lost journey at 325 lbs. I have been a work at home wife for the past 8 years. My work keeps me at my desk quite a lot . However, I finally got my mind set on trying to reach 125 LBS. I start working out last week my goal was 30- mins 5 days a week. I made it 4 days @ 30 min plus one 30 min yoga work out. I have a great support for my DH and MIL . So just thought I would drop in and say Hi.

    Hey! I'm about 20ish days into this. I started out at 311.6 lbs and I'm now 303.6 (hopefully the scale will say different in a few days, lol). Keep pushing through!

  • Hello! I am starting on my diet today and am very excited to get started. I have 10pds to loose and my trouble area is the tummy, after having two kids its just not the same and I know it never will be but I can get close to the old tummy right?

    Thank you everyone for the support. I know this weeks work outs will be a little lighter then last week due to pain in my leg and hip right now. But I will still get in my 30 min each day. My Journal is up to the public please feel free to look around.
