Losing weight in arms

How do i lose weight in my arms? I am losing everywhere else but my arms feel like huge. Help Please!

    Well cut them off, or since you have no control where weight comes off you could just keep on keeping on and eventually it will come off.

    start measuring your arms and you might notice it that way for a while i thought they where staying the same but it turned out i was just getting a bit of a bingo wing =/ the doctor told me it could take 2 years for my skin to catch up with my weight loss but ive been measuring the biggest part every now and then and ive lost a few inches =D

    Lift heavy weights.

    Do resistance exercise or lift to tone arms.

    I wasnt noticing any changes either until I start lifting weights.. small ones at first but I am building up. They are shaping up nice :) I would give it a try!

    You can't pick and choose where the weight comes off.. but you can do arm exercises to build muscles. If you are losing weight in other areas, chances are you are losing inches in your arms as well, it just might be harder to see. Just keep working hard and you'll visibly see results.

    thank you! i am doing 30 day shred, on day 23 i think today. i use 2, 3 and 5 pd weights depending on my day.

    agreed... its takes so long to lose any arm flab/fat etc!! and the extra skin sucks too! but weights do make a difference. I was always too worried about having too much bulk using heavy weights but nope, more muscle there more fat burn! good luck!! :happy:

    Arms are my biggest trouble area, too. As you lose weight, excess skin can be a problem pretty much everywhere -- but if you gain weight in your arms, it can especially produce some hanging skin. The best thing I've found to tone the area and keep the skin tight is lifting and bodyweight training.

    Agree. 5lb is just a drop in the bucket. Try and aim higher.

    How heavy is your purse? If it weighs more than 5 pounds, you need to lift a lot more.

    i've always had trouble with my arms...but now that i'm lifting heavier...i'm seeing a little teeny bit more definition and less "flubber" like my kids call it. lol

    I'm not familiar with 30 shred but I am going to look into trying out women's boxing, i've read that it's a great full body workout and get's your arms looking buff.
