please please help... i've recently started a new job, that has little or no excersise, I'm on my feet 12 hours a day for 4 days.. the only excersise I get is a short cycle to and from work.. I have 3 breaks and a meal at night when I come home. I get very hungry during the day so am looking for some filling ideas for my lunchbox. many thanks in advance.

Anything with fat seems to hold me over pretty well.
I do tuna salad pretty often because I can get in my protein, very little carbs, and I'm satisfied after eating it.

Cycle the long way round, try and find a route that's 7- 10 miles ( something that you can cycle in say roughly 25 40 minutes) as for your lunch box, fibre rich foods and lots of vegetables (and I mean lots) carrot, peppers, salads and fruit, raw cabbage with mayo, grapes, cucumber, add a small amount of good protein, chicken or cheese, rice cakes or riveta,

I have a "green" smoothie for breakfast and it helps curb my morning hunger quite well.

    2 cups spinach
    3/4 cup almond milk
    1 small frozen banana
    1 tbsp peanut butter
.5 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

Blend it all up and enjoy!

For snacks, try bringing a bunch of raw veggies and/or fruits.
