Hey there, I'm Eric. Joined myfitnesspal.com last week after some startling realizations about my weight and wanted to add some accountability to my life.

My weaknesses are taco bell and beer. loves it.

Anyway, my weight is effecting my family, as it is harder to play with my kids, and I have been sleeping in a guest room due to my fog horn like snoring. Very hot. Hope to catch up with some of you, and feel free to add me!

    Hi Eric,
    I just joined as well. Actually I signed up a year ago and didn't do anything. This year I'm dead serious on getting my life back. What are you doing to make the change? I started Zumba 4 times a week and riding my stationary bike 2 times a week. I started eating vegetarian about a week ago. And logging everything into myfitnesspal. Good luck to you!

    Aside from eating better today I am blocking out specific times that i WILL go out and walk. Leaving it to chance means it won't happen. Also, I play with my kids after work a lot, and where I typically say "Hey, that was a lot of running around, time to reward myself", I plan on taking that workout as simply a workout.

    Time to re-wire the brain!
