I know what's causing them, so let's not get into that, just looking for the best ideas for preventing them and and combatting the ones I already have. Ok, go...

3M Micropore Surgical Tape 2.5cm or 5cm. Put a long piece over the blister site under your running socks, stops the xxx rubbing against the skinI know what's causing them, so let's not get into that, just looking for the best ideas for preventing them and and combatting the ones I already have. Proper fitting shoes is key, and then finding socks that fit your feet and don't rub. The socks are by trial and error. i love my socks that i found at a sporting goods store. They are pricey, over $10 a pair, but worth every penny becuase I don't get friction blisters from them.
After that, try rubbing vaseline or glide on your foot where you get the blister, or baby powder in your sock....
Blisters are the worst! good luck!0 -
I have hammer toes, so I get blisters and blood blisters at the tip of my toes alot. The first 6 months of running was the worst...never found anything that helped. Now, the callouses are built up that I dont get them anymore. But "regularly shaped" feet/toes hopefully have better solutions than to wait it out.0
