I went from size 24-26 in 2007 to a size 14-16. Kept it off for about 4 years. Then came the steroid shots again and I quit smoking. Add 45 lbs real fast. I have been doing MFP for almost a month and have lost 9 lbs. I also walk 3-4 miles two to five times a week....depending how sore I get. I have several injuries and nerve damage/Fibromyalgia. I have purchased a strroller for my puppy which doubles as a support/ walker for me in case I lose my balance. You look great and I can't wait to get my weight loss on a real roll gain. God bless you> Awesome job!!0
