This is a photo of me in my "old" pants before I started losing weight. I feel great and have a ton more energy now.

    These before photos were after having lost about 18 pounds already. I didn't have the foresight to take a photo from day one. I guess I didn't believe I could do it. Anyways. Before and after shots w/ no shirt.

    Thanks for the kind words! This is a lifestyle change so as long as I continue to eat right and exercise I hope to keep it off!

    This is really awesome inspiration man. I am a newb starting today actually. I have witnessed my three sisters drop so much weight as well as my wife using this tool that I could not stand by and continue to being in the shape that I am in. thanks for sharing your story man.     It is a fantastic feeling to get into the smaller clothes...
    I just cleaned out my closet and brought it to the resell shop where I got in-between clothes
    People noticed before, but now I get comments like "Finally you ware stuff that fits you and show of your great success" :-)

    Thanks again everyone. I really do feel a ton better than I did previously. It's funny - at first when my wife told me that I was a medium or maybe even a small in shirt size, I was a little insulted. Me? A small? I'm not small, I'm a big guy. But after trying on clothes that actually fit me, I feel better and more confident about my looks. I'm more comfortable in my own skin than I ever have been before.
    Not to mention the fact that I don't get winded going up the stairs anymore!
    Thanks so much for all the kind words. I wish nothing but the best to everyone who is taking this journey to being a better you. Our bodies are temples, and what we put in them certainly makes a difference.
