    These before photos were after having lost about 18 pounds already. I didn't have the foresight to take a photo from day one. I guess I didn't believe I could do it. Anyways. Before and after shots w/ no shirt.

    Thanks for the kind words! This is a lifestyle change so as long as I continue to eat right and exercise I hope to keep it off!

I have witnessed my three sisters drop so much weight as well as my wife using this tool that I could not stand by and continue to being in the shape that I am in. thanks for sharing your story man.
