Gym first, then MFP! That should be your creed! I zone into MFP when I want to stay away from the fridge. Keeps my mind off eating at night. Usually works :grumble:0

I have been without internet for four months...... I AM NEVER LEAVING MFP AGAIN:grumble:0
-
I exercise before even turning on my computer! (6am)0

Ok I have a better one for you guys! I train with my iphone cause thats where I put my music, I post my work out and get a huge kick of the encouragement I get in return!! Helps me continue my work out!
But if this is not the case gym THEN MFP, you want something motivating to post no?0 -
Yes spending a lot of time on it but the support and friends are invaluable to me.0
-
I've learned to balance it out! Both working out and MFP are invaluable to me!!! Couldn't have made it this far w/o either one!0
-
I vsit mfp before Facebook now, but it doesn't keep me from working out!! lol0
-
Not the gym/working out, but definitely other things lol0

Lol, I visit MFP before Facebook and More often too!0 -
Nothing keeps me from working out, except injuries of course... But I use the MFP app while at the gym and other places and then use it on the computer at home... when I need to be doing homework lol0

Both of these! This morning I was almost late to Spin because I made the mistake of opening MFP before the gym.0 -
Sure as hell more useful than Facebook!
It doesn't make me skip the gym though, because I don't go to one. Never did like them haha
I just do all my stuff here so I can peel myself off of MFP for a while to exercise then come running back0 -
I don't have a problem with it. FIrst of all, I'm only on when I'm awake. Secondly, I switch hands with the mouse every hour to achieve bilateral symmetry.0

this is way more productive than facebook. yeah I'm addicted..probably gonna need an intervention at some point :drinker:0

Facebook...i never ckeck my facebook anymore....love this site...so yes! :happy:0

 I keep MFP in an open internet window at work and immediately log back in when I get home, but I'm not usually glued to it. I get satisfaction by immediately entering my meals for breakfast, snacks, lunch & dinner along with any exercise I've completed throughout the day. I can definitely see me being glued to it...on occasion I get carried away reading the success stories of others.0
-
I use the gym at work so my workouts tend to be in the middle of the day rather than first thing in the morning. I normally eat lunch and read a couple of inspirational stories from the "Success Stories" section of the forum. Problem is, the stories are so inspirational that I wind up reading about them for hours and pretty soon its time to go home. I guess too much of a good thing is bad.Gym first, then MFP!
