    I saw the infomercial the other day and wondered if it works...looks pretty successful.

    It works! I'm a couple weeks in and I love it. The workouts aren't long, but you're moving and sweating the whole time!

    Getting ready to start insanity in a couple weeks once I finish the 30 day shred. Wondering if you followed the insanity diet or if you kinda did your own thing? Hoping for some results like you achieved!! You look great!

    Didn't follow the Insanity diet, just my regular diet and I tried to cut out fried foods....
