Make me feel better about my binge

Insanely stressful day. Also my rest day from Insanity and I ate an extra 647 calories. I know a splurge every now and then doesn't hurt but I have such an all or nothing mindset. Oh well, back on track tomorrow and Insanity day 22!

    That's a good attitude to have - back on track tomorrow. You can't undo the eating today so no use dwelling on it! You've got this :smile:

    I don't see any info about a binge. All I see if you eating enough calories to be right around maintenance for the day based on the deficits that MFP sets and TDEE.

    Sounds like you're already all set, mentally, for tomorrow as well. So I'd say you're good to go. :)

    You have such a positive attitude about it and your seem to be persistent about hitting your goal, so I think you're already on the right track...don't worry, one day won't undo your progress or set you back too badly :)
