hi everyone, my name is mark and i come from birminghma in the UK

ive been using myfitnesspal for a couple of weeks now, but have only just logged onto the website and noticed all the boards, I thought i should say a quick hello to all :o)

    Hello to everyone. Ive just joined today so a just learning about the site. Ive also downloaded the App to my phone to keep me motivated during the day. I can also add foods as I eat them to keep track or else Im likely to forget what Ive eaten.:laugh:
