Are exercise totals reflected in food totals?

Are your food totals changed by the exercising that you do. Of course I know that if you workout, you can eat more - if you want. I want to keep my exercising totals away from my food chart. If it is altering it in any way, I'll just record it in the section for notes.

I just answered my own question. Yes, your calorie intake goes up on the food journal. I have an okay number of calories to eat each day without that bump so, from here on in, I'm just entering my workout information in the note portion of the page. I'm not an exercise fan so I definitely want it to be bonus calories burned not balanced on the eating scale.
No problems. I'm learning as I go along.0 -

Just make sure your body doesnt go into starvation mode by having a huge deficit in calories.... you dont want it to hold onto the food thinking it's not going to be refueled. Stupid I know, but thats how our lovely bodies work...0
