Vegan / Vegetarian supplements?

What do you take supplement, vitamin or protein boost wise?

Trying to make sure I am getting what my body needs without any animal products.

    Biochem makes a vegan protein powder mix in both vanilla & chocolate - i've never tried it, but my friend said it's pretty good.

    I take a Vegan multivitamin (Holland & Barrett's own brand - I'm in the UK so might not be available elsewhere) and an extra B12 tablet. When I remember I take a calcium/vit D/zinc with my dinner.

    Protein boost wise I use raw hemp protein powder. I actually believe you can get all the protein you need from a plant based diet so I don't worry about it too much, but if I replace a meal with a smoothie I usually add a scoop of the hemp protein. Otherwise I just eat a healthy, balanced diet made up mostly of wholefoods (veg, fruit, wholegrains, plant based milk, nuts, seeds) with very little added refined sugars or oils.
