Keeping to my goal calories (1350), exercising at least 30 minutes each day along with additional every day activities (using the stairs more, stay on feet more, more walking/playing with the kids) and the scale has not budged at ALL! Lost all motivation to continue this but really need to get a healthy BMI.

Hi. I took a quick peek at your diary and have a few thoughts:
    1. Some days you are significantly under your calorie goal. Many on this site have agreed that not eating enough can have a negative effect on your weight loss.
    2. Much of your diet consists of processed foods (i.e. packaged or instant). Even though you are staying within a calorie limit, you may want to consider making more "fresh food" meals, which would probably reduce salt and increase the actual nutrients you are fueling your body with. I've heard the phrase "shop the perimeter of the grocery store" for the fresh foods (milks, lean meats, fruits and veggies...)
    3. I'd recommend that you eat more fresh veggies EVERY DAY! Many are good raw or lightly steamed with a little spray butter and light salt. Or, if you have a grill, the options are endless! (I love my grill!)
    4. Replace some of the sweets (cookies, etc.) in your diet with fruit or yogurt. An extra 2-300 cals per day isn't much by itself but can add up significantly over the week.
    5. Lastly, be patient. A few weeks of being good is very commendable! But just keep going and watch what happens over a few months or more! You can do this!

    Good luck
