Hey everyone, I think it is super important to have a solid support system. I have been on here a while now, but i have really kicked it into gear the last 2 months and lost 18.6 pounds! I would love more friends on here to keep me focused and I will do the same for you!

i have to admit i need more friends on here for encouragement and motivation. i would love to make my goal by the end of this year. which is to weight in at 185lbs - i believe my current weight is 230lbs. I have a good chance at succeeding. but its best to be around people who are on the same page. even if it is through an app. so more friends needed. we go hand in hand! thanks!!0
