My 37 year old daughter has lost 40 some pounds and she has motivated me to get serious about my weight. I am 60 and I figure 50 lbs overweight as I weigh 175 and would like to get down to 130 and back into a size 8-10. The tracker is wonderful and easy to use. The piece I know I am neglecting is the exercise. I need to carve out 30 minutes at least 3 hopefully 4 times a week to meet my goal. We just watching my calories I have already lost 3 lbs. so I know I can do this. Any ideas on how to exercise and stay with it would be great.

I just started out as well, and I find cycling a great way to get some exercise, gets you into the fresh air and it's free once you get a bike that is. Have a look on the internet for some cycling routes round your area and pick some easier 30 minute routes if you fancy it. :bigsmile:0
